How does the free trial work?
You get two months free with the plan you choose, and no card is needed to start. Before the trial ends, add PayPal from Plan & billing to keep going. Nothing is charged until the trial is over.
Do my clients pay online?
No. Clients book online and pay you at the visit, as they do today. You record cash or card payments in BookPoint and print the invoice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from Plan & billing in your panel. If you cancel during the trial you pay nothing.
Can I use my own domain?
Every business gets its own address, like yourbusiness-bp.dconext.com. If you already own a domain, we can connect it to your booking site.
What happens to my data?
It belongs to your business. You can download a full copy from your settings whenever you want.
